After graduating college, Emma Wakely, spent three months backpacking around South America and instantly caught the travel bug. From the architecture to the cuisine, she fell in love with the traveling lifestyle and wanted to find a way to share it with others.
This ultimately led to the birth of the Wandering Supertramps – a visual passport that shares photos of young female travelers exploring destinations all over the world on Instagram.
With the core purpose to inspire others to travel to new places, Emma knew that Instagram would be the perfect platform to ignite a sense of wanderlust and curiosity among her ideal audience.
Once we started working with Emma, we focused on growing their presence and increasing their engagement, freeing up time for Emma and her team to work on perfecting their Instagram content and plan where to travel next!
Emma keeps her guidelines for capturing her Instagram’s one of a kind aesthetic simple:
Due to their new found success with Instagram and gained social proof, they have been able to collaborate with brands and participate in influencer outreach.
Emma is now working on expanding her brand by building a new website to provide tips and tricks for young female travelers. She plans to leverage her large audience on Instagram to drive traffic back to her blog.
Long term, Emma hopes to turn her side hustle into a full-time job. She plans to continue to grow her account with Kicksta and be able to collaborate with big name brands while traveling on sponsored trips.
“I no longer have to spend hours upon hours trying to gain followers. Kicksta has helped me do that!”
